16, 1993 by a core of individuals who pioneered the manufacturing and application of
thermoplastic paints in the Philippines. TSCC has been gaining grounds in getting the

and construction companies due to the technical expertise of TSCC partners combined
with their extensive knowledge on the application of pavement marking paints, traffic
signals and related traffic safety items. Backed up by more than 35 years of experience
